3. Due to the perishable nature of our product you may experience an occasional problem with quality. To request a claim, the following procedures must be adhered to:
a. Inspect all products upon arrival.
b. Report any problems to us by calling your sales rep within 48 hours of the product’s arrival. Faxing does not constitute notice of a problem. We will be unable to accept any claim that we are not properly notified of within the 48 hour period.
c. Do not discard or destroy your problem flowers until your credit request has been approved or denied. d. Please provide your sales rep with the following information: Invoice number and proof of damage.
e. Please be specific when describing the problem. We need as much detailed information from you as possible to relay the problem(s) to our farms.
